Our office is located at Miller Apartments Rental Office, 2335 Stuart Ave, Albany, GA 31707. We’re at the office Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
When can I access my unit?
Gate hours are 24/7. Access our climate controlled building 7 days a week between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Do you offer climate controlled storage units?
We do offer climate controlled storage units. Depending on what you plan to store and how long you intend to store, a climate controlled unit may be a better option for you opposed to a standard storage unit. These units maintain neutral temperature and humidity levels year-round in order to protect items from any harsh impacts from the heat, cold, rain, and other outdoor elements that could threaten the quality of your belongings.
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month leases at fair and honest prices. Feel free to store with us for however long you need.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Ask a manager about autopay to ensure that you never miss a payment.
How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Call to speak with a storage expert. If you have an idea of the items you intend to store someone will be able to provide you with a more accurate unit size estimation to meet your needs.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store living plants or animals, perishables, hazardous or flammable materials, weapons, or stolen goods. If you’re unsure about a specific item, give us a call.
